The Partners eCare Research support team currently provides general support, training, and
data import/export management. However, to fully leverage Epic for research, additional
services that require project specific builds are needed. To support specific research requests,
the Partners eCare Research Core will provide investigators with consultation and analytic
services, and will design, build, and test functionality of approved projects. The core will build
the types of functionality that are being requested by investigators, but fall outside the standard
Epic research support structure.
