- 10X Sequencing Package - $5000 per sample
- nuc-seq Package - $5000 per sample
- ATAC-seq Package - $5000 per sample
- Immune Cell Repertoire Package - $4500 per sample
ADD-ON SERVICES: (rates are added to 10X Sequencing Package price)
- Additional Bioinformatic Analysis - $100 per hour unless otherwise negotiated
- CITEseq - $1500 per sample
- Cell Hashing - $3000 per sample
- Immune Cell Repertoire - $1000 per sample
TO REQUEST 10X SEQUENCING :
INTERNAL PARTNERS-
- Create an account on the Partners Core Management System
- Fill out a Sequencing Request Form
- Send completed Sequencing Request Form to SINGLECELL@bwh.harvard.edu
- Once received a core representative will reach out to schedule sample submission
